YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weekly and monthly reporting insights to Senior stakeholders.
  • Advising the supporting business unit on the application of operational risk and compliance management frameworks to achieve business outcomes.
  • Supporting 1st line risk activities, including but not limited to risk profiling, risk events, controls design, change risk, obligations management, policy compliance, regulatory responses, and risk management forums, process modelling.
  • PACE standard – process modelling, control build and obligation reviews.
  • Actively managing and reporting on risk activity in GRACE.
  • Drafting business assessments, deep dives and management papers.
  • Supporting ad hoc initiatives as they arise.

 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience producing reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to operational risk management.
  • Exposure to 1st line risk activities within an operations environment (preferred).
  • Exposure to documenting controls through design workshops, control reviews and/or process walkthroughs.
  • Proven experience in operating effectively and delivering solutions in large complex organisations, working and influencing across teams and domains
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- including reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management and compliance disciplines.
  • Senior stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • PACE accreditation to PACE coach standard.
  • Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business.
