We can finally cater to the bank's Accessibility demand. The role is expected to work as an inclusive, collaborative member of the Digital Accessibility team to maintain a unified accessibility standard that is enforced across all of NAB's digital assets.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must have:

• 3+ years in the design and execution of both Manual testing and Automation
• Knowledge and experience with accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 (Level AA), standard is essential
• Experience testing with one to two of accessibility tools: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback, etc.
• Experience in cross-browser, cross device, and cross-screen reader testing is expected.
• Experience with Java or Javascript/Typescript programming (or similar languages)
• Participate in the creation and improvement of internal accessibility testing standards and processes
• Knowledge of best-practice Accessibility, Usability, Inclusive design, human- centred design principles or similar
• Knowledge basic HTML and CSS, familiarity with iOS/Android design system is desired
• Strong communication in English (both verbal and writing)
